Pickup, Delivery & Service Area Questions
I am moving. Can you deliver my rug to a new address?
Yes. We deliver to any address you choose. Many snowbirds have us pick up in Naples and deliver to their northern home. We also offer climate-controlled storage if your dates don’t align.
Do you have insurance for my area rugs when they are picked up and stored?
Yes. Impeccable Rugs is fully insured. Your rugs are covered from pickup through cleaning, storage, and delivery. We document condition with photos at pickup.
How much do you charge for pickup and delivery?
Pickup and delivery is free in Naples, Marco Island, Port Royal, Pelican Bay, Park Shore, Estero, and Bonita Springs. Outside Collier & Lee County, a small trip fee may apply.
Rug Cleaning FAQ: Pricing & Process
How often should I clean my area rug?
Every 2-3 years for most homes. If you have pets, kids, or live near the beach, every 12-18 months is best. Sand from Marco Island and Naples beaches is abrasive and breaks down fibers.
How much does rug cleaning cost?
Wool rugs: $4-$7 per sq ft. Silk, antique, or heavily soiled rugs are quoted individually after free inspection. Pet urine treatment is $2-$4 per sq ft extra. You approve all pricing first.
Do you clean rugs on-site or at your facility?
All hand-washing is done at our climate-controlled SWFL facility. On-site “cleaning” with steam damages wool and silk rugs. See our rug cleaning process.
Stains, Odors & Repair Questions
Do you guarantee pet odor removal?
We guarantee significant odor reduction using enzyme baths and submersion rinsing. Most pet odors are eliminated completely. In severe cases with dye damage, we’ll discuss options before cleaning. Read about pet urine treatment.
Do you repair fringes, holes, or moth damage?
Yes. Our master weavers handle fringe restoration, re-weaving, binding, and color correction. We assess damage and quote repairs separately from cleaning.
Do you sell rug pads?
Yes. We stock premium rug pads cut to size. A quality pad prevents slipping on tile and marble, extends rug life, and protects floors. $3-$5 per sq ft installed.

What type of training do you have?
Our team is trained in Persian and Oriental rug identification, dye chemistry, and hand-washing. We’re members of the Association of Rug Care Specialists. We don’t use carpet cleaning machines on fine rugs.
Do you sell area rugs?
