Diagnosis Detailed of the Rug.
The rugs are received in the cleaning plant, these are tagged with the customer details and bar code information, once in the plant these are placed extended on the supervision area and proceed to the inspection both the front and the rear of the rug.

One of the essential step in the rug cleaning process is dusting, without it, the dust would become mud and the odor would remain.
Our special dusting machines spins at high speed a set of blades which are designed to hit the rear of the rug without any damage, but with strength enough to shake it, the vibration produced make the dust, others waste and mites come off from the weave, falling in a special container which collects them to be discarded.
Then the rug is totally dust and waste free and ready to be washed.
Washing is the next step.
Washing and Deep Cleaning Process
The next step after dusting is washing.
At impeccable Rugs, Inc. we perform the washing in six sections to guaranty the perfection.
Both in the manual and automatic washing, the sections are the same.
The 6 sections are the following:
– Apply the special treatments according to each case.
-Soak and spread ecological detergent and soap on the dry rug.
-The Scrubbing (20 inches wide Disk Brushes) with adjusting of slight and strong pressure up to 120 Kg. For a deep cleaning process we scrubbing the rugs in every directions.
-Rinsed of the rugs is make with a pressure over 150 bar, using nozzles adapted to dispend several kind of water flow.
-We repeat the previous sections several times both sides as many times as needed.
-The fringes are cleaned by hand.
There are a cashing water systems on the bottom which after filtering the water can be re used.

Pretreats or Treatments Specialized
With correct diagnosis begins the correct treatment. We already know what to do and how to do it, because your rug already has its electronic rug care record that can indicate one or several pre-treatments or specialized treatments.
The pre-treatments or specialized treatments are varied, an example is to immerse the rug completely in water with the appropriate chemical solution according to what the rug suffers and without the use of brushes, as water currents are generated in the tanks where the rug is submerged, makes the rug ripple in an “S” shape, opening the fabrics and penetrating to the deepest level to clean, remove stains or remove odors.

The function of the centrifuge is remove the water from the rug extremely quickly after washing and rinsed process. It remove up to 95 % of the water .therefore the whole dried process takes maximum 6 hours, moreover the centrifuge has other functions very important as decrease completely the discoloration of the stripes and avoid the deformation of the rug.
The centrifuge spins at high speed (1200 rpm approximately), the rug is introduced in a drum hollow with a lot of holes on it which let the water come out, the centrifuge force push out the water out the rug. And in 3 minutes the 95 % of the water is gone.
The humidity missing is eliminated in special drying rooms or with the solar light.

In machine-made rugs, the cleaning is exactly the same. These fiber protectors contain an UV inivitor which helps to reduce discoloration from the harmful effect of UV solar beams, protecting the textile colours, especially the bright and vibrant.
Both kind of protector can be applied with a time interval on a rug.

At the time the rug is completely dry, we proceed to vacuum it and brush it in order to enhance its beauty, brightness, and colors. This process must be performed in the nap or pile direction.
Both the vacuumed and brushed are performed in a packing table machine which is also used for the final quality control of the rugs before delivering.
As soon as the conveyor begins to move automatically the brushes begin to crawl on the carpet combing it. A high-power suction system connected to the table goes at the same time vacuuming the carpet; the materials that come out of the carpets are sucked and are trapped in the dust bag.
With LED lighting in front of the brushes, the finest details can easily be seen on the carpet while brushing, here the final quality control begins before being packed for delivery.

In the packaging machine, a special led light illuminates sections of the carpet under the care of one of our professional who has been specially trained. The light highlights the possible imperfections that the carpet could present and if there is any, the professionals will remove the carpet from the packaging line to correct the imperfection. We check manually all the details as well.
